INUNI reaffirmed its commitment to expanding its presence and support in South Asia through high-profile meetings and engagements in Nepal. Led by Subas Thapa, US Regional Director for South Asia, the INUNI team visited key consultancy partners to share the latest updates on INUNI, GUS, and affiliated institutions.
A key highlight of the visit was a productive engagement at the Education USA Advising Center – U.S. Educational Foundation in Nepal. Educational Adviser Ms. Priyani Shah warmly welcomed the delegation. The discussions focused on fostering international educational opportunities and strengthening collaboration between institutions.
The senior INUNI delegation, including Mr. James Vigus, Senior Director of International Student Recruitment, and Ms. Monica Sanchez, Director of International Student Recruitment, engaged with recruitment partners such as Alfa Beta, EEVS, Kangaroo Education Foundation, 360 Education, The Next Education, and NIEC. Their interactions deepened relationships, enhanced cooperation, and reinforced INUNI’s commitment to supporting students in the region.
“We truly appreciate the warm hospitality extended to our guests and the heartfelt initiatives that made this visit possible,” said Subas Thapa. “The dedication and solidarity of the INUNI Nepal team were truly inspiring, and their commitment to our shared mission is commendable.”
Further strengthening the collaborative spirit, InUni Global representatives Jugal Acharya (Business Development Manager – at Avila University), Nisha Bhattarai (Business Development Manager – at Webster University), Suryadeep Ghatane (Business Development Manager – at Concordia University Chicago and LIM College), and Ashana Shrestha (International Business Development – Herzing University) played a key role in the visit.
