INTERNATIONAL CONFERENCE ON AGRICULTURAL TRANSFORMATION (ICAT) FOR SUSTAINABLE FOOD SYSTEM, RAMPUR, CHITWAN, NEPAL Call for Volunteers
The Faculty of Agriculture at Agriculture and Forestry University (AFU), Rampur, Chitwan, is pleased to announce the upcoming International Conference on “Agricultural Transformation for Sustainable Food System,” scheduled to take place from February 2-4, 2025, at the AFU, Rampur, Chitwan. We are inviting enthusiastic and dedicated volunteers to support the successful organization and execution of this important event.
Volunteer Responsibilities:

Assisting with conference registration and guest coordination.

Providing support during conference sessions, workshops, and discussions.

Assisting speakers and participants.
-
Helping manage logistics, materials, and event setups.
-
Providing general event assistance as needed.
Eligibility:

Students from the post-graduate level studying at the Faculty of Agriculture, Agriculture, and Forestry University, Nepal.

Strong communication and organizational skills.

Prior experience in event management or related activities (preferred but not required).
