The Department of English Education of Prithvi Narayan Campus organized a program to facilitate the exchange of experiences among professors who have recently obtained their degrees.
Yadavraj Adhikari, the Assistant Campus Head of the Faculty of Education, congratulated the newly awarded members and emphasized the importance of sharing experiences to encourage new researchers. Dr. Pitruraj Bastola, a recent graduate, presented ethnographic research on various dimensions in a class 8 classroom. He shared both happy and challenging moments in his research journey.
Dr. Pitambar Poudel presented his research paper on evaluative multiple case studies, highlighting the issue of curriculum development, review, and implementation in Nepal.
He expressed his opinion that teachers have no role in creating the curriculum, which causes intense dissatisfaction among them. Associate Professor Pitambar Gautam conducted the program under the chairmanship of Departmental Head Associate Professor Dr. Navraj Neupane. Twenty-nine professors working in the Department of English Education on campus participated in the program.
