Code Himalaya Claims Victory at Shrijay Memorial ICT Cup 2025
KATHMANDU, NEPAL – The Shrijay Memorial ICT Cup 2025, organized by the Prime IT Club of Prime College, concluded with Code Himalaya emerging as champions, defeating CloudFactory 4-0 in the final. The tournament, held at United Futsal, Bafal, on January 12 and 19, brought together 16 IT companies from across Kathmandu under the theme "Break from Tech," offering participants a chance to connect outside their usual work environment.
The event was a tribute to Mr. Shrijay Tuladhar, the late past president of the Prime IT Club. The knockout format led to an exciting final match, where Code Himalaya displayed superior skill and strategy. Shankar Tamrakar of Code Himalaya received the Best Goalkeeper award, and teammate Sanam Maharjan was named Top Scorer, with an impressive 10 goals throughout the tournament.
The tournament was made possible by the support of several sponsors and partners, including Ather Energy, People's Dental College and Hospital, Arcade Time, Chatni, Vanity Men, The Best Archery Pvt. Ltd., Canvasso Nepal, Comic Cafe, UG Cakes, Sabarat Agro, Hamro Hastakala, H. Square Advertising Pvt. Ltd, and ICT Byte.
Beyond the competition, the event emphasized building relationships and honoring Mr. Tuladhar’s teamwork, leadership, and connection values. It also served as a prelude to the upcoming ICT Meetup V8.0, organized by the Prime IT Club.
