CNI Women’s Leadership Forum to Host the Women’s Leadership Summit on 25-26 March 2023 in Kathmandu
The CNI Women’s Leadership Forum is all set to host the Women’s Leadership Summit 23 on March 25th & 26th, 2023. The summit aims to address, deliberate, and find solutions to three key areas of women’s leadership in the aftermath of the Covid 19 pandemic.
The Power of Women’s Leadership:
The Women’s Leadership Summit 23 is an opportunity for gender equality champions and women leaders to exchange ideas, share strategies, celebrate successes, be encouraged, and learn from each other in a two-day summit that is designed to challenge and inspire. The sessions, keynote addresses, and fireside dialogues will feature multigenerational experts who understand the transformative process.
Debating Core Themes:
The Women’s Leadership Summit will debate, discuss, and deliberate on core themes of women in leadership, women and economics, and women as change agents. The summit aims to engender democracy and the need for more women in political and business leadership. The panelists will talk about the leadership purpose of women, advancing women’s leadership, and the pillars to empowered leadership for women in politics, economics, and social change.
Gender Balance and Economics:
The Women’s Leadership Summit will also deliberate on how economic shocks impact women and men-led businesses differently, the resilience factor of how women should prepare for business in the post-pandemic world, the importance of financial and digital literacy for women-led MSMEs, what is gender lens investing, and the policy interventions required to promote women’s economic empowerment.
Women as Change Agents:
The Women’s Leadership Summit will also highlight the importance of women as change agents. Women changemakers continue to catalyze urgent and sustained action to achieve gender equality and the empowerment of all women and girls. Our panel of experts will talk about why leadership is about being a good human being first and why gender equality and inclusion are essential to the success of sustainable energy initiatives.
Fireside Dialogues:
The Women’s Leadership Summit has curated conversations with some of the world’s best minds from diverse fields. They will talk about the choices they have had to make to own their life journey, what leadership means to them, their work, how they stand committed to advancing the ideals they believe in and the impact they want to create in the world.
Market Place:
The Summit also features an onsite exhibition curated specifically for women’s handicrafts from different parts of Nepal. The marketplace brings together a diverse group of women entrepreneurs in the handicraft business.
Recognizing Women Leaders:
The Women’s Leadership Summit 23 will recognize an inspirational woman for 2023 for her achievements, impact, and leadership prowess.
Summit Declaration:
The outcome of the Summit beyond being a space for exchanging ideas and inspiration will be a Summit Declaration highlighting the key takeaways and actionable steps for empowering women leaders.
