Today, September 21, 2021, we are celebrating World Alzheimer's Day with the slogan "Know Dementia, Know Alzheimer's" with various awareness programs around the world.
On the occasion of World Alzheimer's Day, we wish a healthy and meaningful life to all citizens. Especially as the disease is more prevalent in senior citizens, it is important for senior citizens to be more aware of mental health as they get older.
We have been struggling with the Covid-19 epidemic for the past two years and human life is becoming extremely difficult. Alzheimer's is a type of mental illness. With the onset of the disease, brain cells gradually become dehydrated. Due to which we gradually forget, forget, do not know and due to which it is difficult to manage to eat, sleep, defecate and urinate. With the slogan "Know Dementia, Know Alzheimer's", it is important to raise public awareness against Alzheimer's and diagnose the disease in time.
It is important for the family and society to support the long-term management of people suffering from this disease and the state to come up with a special plan to pay special attention to health check-ups of Alzheimer's victims, psychiatric counseling services for mental retardation, balanced diet, care, protection, yoga, meditation, exercise, etc.
