This notification is from Nepali citizens who have met the specified qualifications to select 16 trainees through an open and inclusive examination for the Basic Aerodrome Rescue and Fire Fighting Course (ARFF-014) training to be conducted by this institution as per the consent of the Public Service Commission (PSC). Formal applications are invited within 21 days from the date of publication.

Place of obtaining and submitting application form: Civil Aviation Academy, Sanothimi, Bhaktapur

Application Form Fee: Rs.200.- (Two Hundred)

Exam Fee: Rs. 600.- (Rupees six hundred only) but if applying in more than one group, 50% additional fee will be charged for each group. Candidates who submit their applications only in the inclusive group will have to submit an open application form.

Syllabus: It is placed on the website of the institution. If necessary, it can be purchased on payment of Rs.100.

Where to deposit the application form, exam fee, and course fee:

in the name of Nepal Civil Aviation Authority from the Bishalbazar, Kathmandu branch of National Commercial Bank or any branch offices of that bank. The fee can be collected at Account no. 1090100064917001. The application form will be provided only after submission of the complete receipt of payment clearly mentioning the name of the applicant.

Minimum Qualification Required:

  1. Educational Qualification: Must have received and passed Minimum CGPA 2.0 in SLC/SEE from a recognized educational institution.
  2. Age: Completed 18 years and not exceeding 24 years by last date of submission of application form 2080/02/32.
  3. Height: 4 feet 2 inches.
  4. Chest: At least 32 inches and should be 34 inches when inflated.
  5. Weight: 52 kg

Type of Exam:

1) Physical Efficiency Test 2) Written Test 3) Interview 4) Health Test

Date and Center of Physical Efficiency Test and Written Test:

Physical efficiency test will be conducted at National Police Academy, Maharajganj. The written exam will be conducted by the Public Service Commission. The date of physical efficiency test will be published later by this institution and the date of written examination will be as published later by the Central Public Service Commission.

The trainees who are successful in the interview must submit a recommendation from the Civil Aviation Medical Assessor (CAMA) that they are physically and mentally fit for basic airport rescue and fire control training after undergoing a health examination at their own expense as stipulated in Appendix-1 of the Basic ARFF Courses.

Training period: 14 (fourteen) weeks.

Documents to be submitted along with the application form:

a) Along with the application form, three recent passport size photographs, certificate of Nepalese citizenship, transcript of minimum educational qualification, certified copy of certificate or its provisional, character certificate should be submitted. Also, the bank receipt of the examination fee must be submitted.

b) The applicant who has passed the foreign board and obtained the educational qualification must submit a document confirming the equivalence from the examination control office.

c) Necessary documents and other documents should be received within the last date of application (with single invoice) 2080/02/32.

Additional documents to be submitted by trainees on inclusive side:

a) In the case of Adivasi/Janajati, based on the same notice as in the case of castes listed in the Nepal Adivasi/Janajati Utthan Rastriya Pratisthan Act, but if there is more than one surname within the caste listed in Nepal Adivasi/Janajati Utthan Rastriya Pratisthan, the surname within the caste listed by the concerned commission or district administration office A certified copy must be submitted along with the application form.

b) In the case of Madhesi, on the basis that the Government of Nepal publishes a notice in the Nepal Gazette and certifies that they are Madhesi from the designated institution, but until the organization is published and designated in the Nepal Gazette, the document certifying that they are Madhesi from the relevant commission or district administration office must be submitted along with the application form.

c) In the case of Dalits, on the same basis as in the case of the caste listed by the National Dalit Commission, but if there is more than one surname within the caste listed by the National Dalit Commission, a document certifying that it is a surname within the caste listed by the relevant commission or district administration office must be submitted with the application form.

Special conditions and information regarding application and examination

a) If there is a difference between the names, surnames, etc. of the three copies of the documents /certificates of the candidates and the candidates, if the documents/certificates submitted along with the application form, such as citizenship, educational qualification etc., which have not been completed, are received before the deadline, and if the documents confirming the name, surname, etc. from the official body are not submitted, then no such candidate's application is submitted. No action will be taken. Also, the application form cannot be submitted without any conditions.

b) Only those trainees who have passed the Physical Fitness Assessment and Physical Measurement Test will be allowed to participate in the Physical Efficiency Test. Similarly, only the trainees who have passed the Physical Efficiency Test will be allowed to participate in the written test.

c) The trainee selection test conducted on the basis of open and inclusive competition will be conducted jointly in one sitting.

d) If there is a public holiday on the last day of submitting the application form, the application form can be submitted on the same day the office is open. But if the last day of submitting the tax return form is a holiday, the application form cannot be submitted the next day.

e) Eye color vision problems, ear problems, stuttering, tremors, disfigured limbs, crooked limbs and fingers, jointed or split knees, crooked back, body crooked/unable to fully bend, , people with hair loss, dark eyes, unnatural spots on the body, moles, intoxicants, bear paws, warts, etc.

Applicants who are deemed ineligible for ARFF training will be notified in advance.

f) If the examination is postponed or canceled for any reason, the examination fee will be refunded. But if the form is rejected, the fee will not be refunded.

g) After the trainees are selected for the training and pass the training, they are appointed as per the Civil Aviation Authority of Nepal Service Conditions and Facilities Regulations, 2056 (with amendments) for the vacant post of the fourth level (Assistant) under the Technical Service Aviation Fire Services Group at the Authority's Darwandi. will be done.
