Barahakshetra Municipality is providing free preparation classes to young people who wish to take the Public Service Commission (PSC) exam. The classes are part of the municipality's annual youth-focused plan and will last for a month. Rural youth with financial constraints who want to prepare for public service in the municipality are given priority.
Barahakshetra Municipality has initiated a program that offers free preparation classes to young people who are interested in taking the Public Service Commission (PSC) exam. The program is part of the municipality's yearly plan for the fiscal year 2079/080, which focuses on youth development. The classes will last for one month, beginning on February 13, 2023. Ramesh Karki, the city head of the program, informally inaugurated the classes.
The classes will be conducted at two different locations, namely Mahendra Secondary School of Barahkshetra-3 and Nepal Red Cross Society building of Barahkshetra-6. The Head of Social Development Branch, Arun Mehta, has stated that 10 students from each ward will participate in the program. The program gives priority to rural youth who want to prepare for public service in the municipality but face financial constraints.
