Apprenticeship Training Program: SJVN Arun-3 Power Development Company Pvt. Limited (SAPDC) a company promoted by SJVN Limited (A Joint Venture of Government of India & Govt. of Himachal Pradesh) in Nepal is executing a 900 MW Hydro Power Project along with an associated Transmission Line on a BOOT basis. SAPDC is invited applications from eligible candidates who are citizens of Nepal for undergoing one-year apprenticeship training in the trades mentioned below:

Note: The candidates undergoing the above qualification and whose final year result is awaited shall be eligible for the Apprenticeship Scheme.
1) Age Limit: The minimum age limit is 15 years and the maximum will be 30 Years as of the closing date (31.03.2022).
2) Fixed Stipend:
I. Graduate Apprentices: NPR 19,360/- Per Month
ii. Diploma Holders: NPR 16,275/- Per Month
Training duration: 01 Year from the date of joining.
4) Preference to candidates belonging to Project Affected Area: Additional 10 marks will be earmarked for candidates from Gaonpalika covered under Project Affected Areas. The candidates will be required to produce a valid certificate issued from the concerned authority and verified by the SAPDC project office.
5) Only Candidates who are citizens of Nepal are eligible to apply.
6) Candidates should be eligible with respect to age criteria and educational qualification as of the closing date of advertisement.
7) Employment in SAPDC: No extension of training and employment will be given after the completion of one-year training by SAPDC.
8) Candidates will have to make their own stay arrangements during the entire training period.
9) In case it is detected at any stage that a candidate does not fulfill the eligibility criteria, his/her candidature shall be rejected/canceled without assigning any reason, thereof. Similarly, even after joining, if it is found that he/she has furnished any incorrect information or suppressed any material information, his/her apprenticeship shall be summarily terminated.
10) The contract is liable to be terminated in case the performance/conduct of the personnel is not found satisfactory
11) Selection Criteria: There will be no interviews. The eligible candidates will be shortlisted on the basis of merit list formed on the basis of marks secured in Matriculation examination (10th) and ITI Course/ Diploma and Bachelor of Engineering/Technology as per following details:

The shortlisted candidates will be informed through post/Mail along with uploading of list on SAPDC website.
12) The candidates shortlisted on the basis of the information provided in the Application Form shall have to produce all original testimonials/certificates at the time of verification. In case any information/claim made by the applicant in his/her application is found to be false, the candidature of such applicant shall be canceled and he/she shall be liable for prosecution.
13) Also, the candidate will have to produce a certificate of medical fitness before joining.

- Subsequently, the original application along with documents (self-attested copies of testimonials/ certificates in support of age, Qualification, Citizen Ship, ) shall be sent to Sr. Manager (HR), SJVN Arun-3 Power Development Company(SAPDC), Satluj Bhawan, SAPDC Office Complex, Tumlingtar P.O Khandbari, Distt Sankhuwasabha. The ‘Advertisement No and the ‘Post Applied For’ should be mentioned on the envelope so as to reach on or before the closing date (10.04.2022).
- Candidate should clearly note that the SAPDC will in no case be responsible for any incomplete application, non-receipt of their application, or any delay in receipt thereof on any account whatsoever. Application received after the prescribed last date will not be entertained under any circumstances and all the late applications will be summarily rejected. They should, therefore, ensure that their applications reach the above address on or before the prescribed last date.
