Apply for 44 Types of Free Skills Based Training from EVENT Project II:

The Enhanced Vocational Education and Training Project (EVNT II) is offering free three-month (390 hours) skill-based training. The project under the Ministry of Education, Science, and Technology will provide free training in Kathmandu, Lalitpur, and Bhaktapur districts.

The project has stated that the application form should be filled online by 12 noon on 9th Falgun 2077 for this skill-based training which will be provided in 44 different subjects. This training is being organized targeting the interested poor and unemployed youth.

Training, as well as the skill tests, will be free. Lunch has also been arranged during the training. According to the project, priority will be given to the poor, women, Adivasi Janajati, Madhesi, Dalit, people with disabilities, highly marginalized and marginalized Janajati, and people living in backward areas.

After the training, training and employment service providers will also facilitate employment. To participate in the training, you have to be a Nepali citizen who has completed 16 years and not exceeded 40 years. Participants will be selected from among the applicants based on the indicators in the application form.

The project has already selected the training service providers to provide the training. This training will start from Chaitra after selecting about 8000 trainees.

To participate in the free skill-based training, keep a scanned copy of your citizenship on your mobile phone before applying online.

Also, if you are applying as a person who should be given priority like other marginalized and marginalized, other than the castes listed in the list of tribes, other tribes, Dalits, persons with disabilities, single women, keep a scanned copy of the document proving it on your mobile or computer.

Remember, a mobile number can only be used to fill out a form. When typing, you have to type in English everywhere.

The applicant will have to fill in his / her details truthfully and clearly. If found to be false, it will be canceled at any time. Also, if there are false details, action may be taken according to the prevailing law. Once the form has been filled and saved, it cannot be saved and corrected a second time.

  • Type the name of the applicant in English Capital Letter / Block Letter.
  • If you can't find your Caste/Janajati in the caste group, select "Other".

  • How many months does your family have enough to eat? Select from the list.
  • Have you taken any training before? Select Yes / No.
  • If so, write the name and duration of the training only.
  • Choose from the list the reasons you are willing to take the training.
  • How did you learn about this training? Mark the appropriate room.
  • Type the name and mobile number of the person you know (excluding family members) in the space provided if you need information about yourself.
  • Go to the applicant's address and type your province, district, Gaupalika/municipality, ward number (type in a number), toll/settlement from the list as a permanent address.
  • Enter the phone number in the digit. Type the citizenship number, select from the list of districts and years of citizenship. Type the father's name in Capital Letter / Block Letter.
  • Select the current address (to be entered only if it differs from the permanent address) from the list of provinces, districts, and Gaupalika / municipalities.
  • Type ward number (in digits), toll/settlement, phone number (in digits).
  • How many members are there in your family, including you? Type in the number.
  • Are you returning from foreign employment? Select from the list.
  • Are you thinking of going for foreign employment? Select from the list. If so, have you created a passport? Select from the list, if so, open the passport number.
  • Do you want to take advantage of free employment (job placement) facilitation services to find work? Select from the list.
  • Then, before clicking on the last submit button, check all the details again.
  • After clicking on Submit Application, you will receive a verification code on your mobile phone.
  • Enter the code and click on the Verify Button.
  • After the application is approved, the token number will come to your mobile. Such token numbers should be kept safe.
