The event was attended by various dignitaries, including the head of Pokhara Metropolitan Municipality, Dhanraj Acharya, and the Chairman of Rupa Rural Municipality, Navraj Ojha.

During his address, Dhanraj Acharya praised the educational quality of Amarsingh High School and emphasized the need for schools to continue improving their educational standards. He also announced that the Mahagarpalika had made the final preparations for school classification.

Navraj Ojha, the Chairman of Rupa Rural Municipality, stressed the importance of having a sense of belonging to the school. He urged everyone to take pride in being part of the Amarsingh High School community.
Subedar Indra Bahadur Gurung remembers the founding family
Subedar Indra Bahadur Gurung, a member of the founding family of the school, emphasized the importance of preserving the legacy of the school's founder, Major Veerasin Gurung, and the land donor, Devraj Ghimire. He suggested that a statue of the founder and land donor be kept on the school grounds.
Prizes distributed to students by Dr. Devi Gurung and others
Dr. Devi Gurung, the founder of the prizes, along with Bhimalal Lamichhane, Shashidhar Parajuli, and other dignitaries, distributed prizes to the students. The students also performed cultural dances during the ceremony.
Future programs discussed in the annual report
Principal Tejashwi Baral presented the annual report of the school and highlighted future programs that the school plans to implement. The event was hosted by teachers Yam Bahadur Thapa and Udayraj Pokharel, and Santosh Bastola, the Chairman of the ceremony and ward president of Pokhara 12, announced that the management committee would be completed soon.
