Overview
Shiva Jan Secondary School, Salyan offers 3 years fulltime Diploma level programs under Agriculture stream such as Diploma in Agriculture (plant science) for 40 seats each year. This JTA program is affiliated to CTEVT. This agriculture program intentions to produce mid-level agriculture/veterinary specialists to fulfill the demand of nation and agro-veterinary technology transformation to the farmers.
Diploma in Agriculture program which prepares students to manage a farm or work in an agricultural business. This Course covers all from agricultural production to marketing and business management system. Aspirants will develop the communication and leadership skills needed to flourish in the industry whether in marketing and financial services, livestock, crop-supply, crop management, agricultural merchandising, and managing a farm.
Eligibility
Secured at least grade C in any two subjects i.e. Compulsory Mathematics, Compulsory Science or English and D+ in the remaining subject in School leaving Certificate (SLC) examination from recognized academic institution.
