Eligibility
Candidates must meet the following criteria:
- Hold an MEd, Master in Pedagogical Sciences, or Master in Educational Studies with at least a second division or a CGPA of 2.7.
- Candidates with a Master's degree in other disciplines with a second division or CGPA of 2.7 are also eligible but must complete an additional three-credit introductory course.

Applicants must pass an entrance examination based on the following structure:

- Syllabus: Research Methodology at the Master's or equivalent level
