NCA College of Management

The ACCA course provides long-term career opportunities as it trains you to execute strategic goals at the executive and management levels. Passing the 13 rigorous exams sharpens students' intellectuality and transfers credibility to their resumes. The ACCA study materials are frequently updated to develop industry-related knowledge, skills, and professional values. The course is globally recognized and accepted by 179+ countries and holds 80+ accountancy body partnerships, providing easy job placement facilities.

It is compared to the Chartered Accountancy (CA) course; the ACCA passing rate is between 35 and 45 percent, which shows a better progress chart. Moreover, the entire course cost is reasonable compared to that of BBA programs. In addition, studying ACCA provides additional advantages, such as earning a diploma in Accounting/ Business with ACCA membership, getting a BSc Degree in Applied Accounting awarded by Oxford Brookes University (Oxford Brookes BSc), and earning an MSc in Professional Accountancy from the University of London.

To become a qualified ACCA, students must complete 13 papers and provide three years of practical training, which can be pursued during or after completion of the course. The ACCA exam is classified into Fundamental and Strategic Professional Levels. The professional-level paper is set to build on learning advanced technical knowledge gained through the fundamental set.

Once you complete the ACCA, the gateway to a career path opens widely. The professional qualifications enable you to work for MNCs, NGOs, INGOs, banking and financial institutions, private entities, and government entities. Students can approach employment in Goyal Groups, Chaudhary Groups (CG), VSO Nepal, Agni Groups, the Khetan Group, Hellen Keller (HK), Save the Children, United Nations (UN), and in different sectors of banking, insurance, and investment companies.

Students who have completed a plus two from Science & Management can apply for the course. Likewise, students interested in taking the professional ACCA course in Nepal for career growth after completing their BBS, BBA, BBM, MBM, MBS, or MBA can enroll. They can join the course after completing their IPCC, CAP II, CAP I, or CPT. For exemption, students need to submit their certificates to the NCA college administration for exemption eligibility in ACCA.

ACCA is a customizable learning approach; students can appear for the Computer Based Exam (CBE). The knowledge papers can occur any time of the year, while the skills paper is held in March, June, September, and December (four sessions).
