Overview
Integrated Community Development Center, Kailali offers an 18-months duration full-time Sub-Overseer program under engineering stream such as Pre-Diploma in Electrical Engineering (Civil Sub-Overseer) for 40 seats each year. Civil Sub-Overseer programs affiliated to CTEVT (Council for Technical Education and Vocational Training), Nepal, and permitted by the Government of Nepal. This technical institute provides Sub-Overseer courses at recommended fees structure.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Candidates must have completed SEE or equivalent examination from a recognized board.
- The candidate should pass the Entrance Examination conducted by CTEVT.
Admission Procedure:
Eligible and entrance passed candidates can directly contact along with necessary documents for admission to Pre-Diploma in Electrical Engineering (Civil Sub-Overseer) program.

Integrated Community Development Center, Kailali offers scholarships for deserving and poor students on the basis of merit and quota system.
