Overview
ELIGIBILITY & ADMISSION PROCEDURE FOR MBBS
Indian students:
- At least 50% marks in Physics (P), Chemistry(C), Biology (B) and English (E) and a minimum aggregate of 50% marks at the 10+2 or equivalent examination.
- All Indian Students must obtain MCI Eligibility certificate prior to their reporting at BMC
Other International Students:
- A Level / other equivalent examination
- At least 50% marks in Physics, Chemistry and Biology, i.e. minimum ‘C’ grade for Sri Lankan and ‘D’ Grade for International boards, at the A Level or equivalent examination
- At least 50% marks in English at ‘AS’/’O’ Level or equivalent examination
- Any other High School/10+2 board examination
- At least 50% marks in Physics, Chemistry, Biology and English (PCBE). The first three subjects (PCB) must be opted at the level of 11th and 12th standards and English must be at the level of 9th/10th/11th/12th
- Medium of instruction at schooling should have been English
TOEFL / IELTS / SAT is not required, however, if a candidate has appeared for these exams, a copy of the score sheet could be enclosed along with the application form.
There is no entrance examination for non-Nepalese students and medium of instruction is English.
