Overview
Triveni International College, Pokhara, Talchowk, Kaski, was established in 2011 AD and affiliated with Tribhuvan University (TU) for Bachelor of Business Studies (BBS) and Master of Business Studies (MBS) programs.
With the aim of “Triveni International College’s Mission, a New Dimension in Educational Human Resource Development,” this college was established in BS 2067 BS and affiliated with Tribhuvan University.
This report includes the college's efforts to enhance educational quality and develop students' inherent talent through social responsibility, extracurricular and co-curricular activities, and various efforts and plans for leadership and personality development.
Tribhuvan University has been extremely late in publishing examinations and results on time according to the annual schedule, and there is a lack of employment, market-oriented education, etc., creating a situation where students are indifferent to their studies.
However, to further attract students to study and promote their overall development, the college has undertaken activities such as inviting experts in various fields to visit the college from time to time, motivating students, and facilitating the identification of opportunities for employment and self-employment. Efforts have been made to include these topics in the report.

Triveni International College will have the vision to lead the present and future education sector as a frontier institution of higher education to create, disseminate, transform, and practice knowledge.
Mission
Triveni International College aims to create quality skilled, conscientious, dynamic, and practical human resources dedicated to advancing and promoting society, community, and public services by providing quality practical education with study, research, discovery, publication, and consultation by providing quality practical education through physical infrastructure, good governance, and effective management, mobilization of local resources and increasing participation and access of stakeholders.

Internal Exam
Internal Exam Internal exams are essential in improving students' teaching and learning and making the annual exams result-oriented. They make it easy to face decisive-level exams and achieve decisive-level success. Therefore, Triveni International College has made a provision to conduct internal exams twice for the students at the annual and MBS semester levels of BBS.
In the BBS level internal exams, students who stand first and second in the reductive level are given their respective levels, 50 percent and 30 percent, including account on the monthly fee for 3 months, respectively. In addition to conducting remedial classes, various corrective steps have been taken to address the students who are weak in internal exams and fail to pass.
Since the results of the BBS program's internal exams under the campus's annual system do not affect the evaluation of the final exam, the internal exams will be practical as expected, as students do not take the internal exams seriously.

Scholarships are provided. If a student fails the annual examination any year, the scholarship will not be provided in the following year. If the student passes the examination again next year, the previous scholarship will be continued.
Academic Programs
To promptly provide students with a quality education, Tribeni International College has formed various subcommittees consisting of teachers and staff to conduct educational activities effectively. The college reviews internal exams, implements suggestions related to teaching, learning activities, and sports management received through the suggestion box, and implements suggestions obtained through the Peer Review Team (PRT).
The college also takes and implements suggestions for improving results, monitors them, organizes extracurricular activities, and appropriately manages grievances related to students' studies and other matters.
Research Management Committee
The Research Management Committee encourages teachers and students to engage in research activities, formulates and implements annual research plans, completes five short research projects each academic session, and provides financial support to teachers conducting short research projects as an incentive.
Student Counselling and Job Placement Cell
The Student Counselling and Job Placement Cell informs students about job opportunities in various organizations, provides information on capacity building, collects data on the number of students in the college who are self-employed or employed in other organizations, and formulates plans for activities to be conducted in the upcoming academic session.
Educational Pedagogy
Educational institutions must adopt various educational methods to enhance the effectiveness and quality of teaching/learning. and
TIC has been adopting both traditional and modern methods. The use of multimedia to facilitate the conventional lecture method is increasing. In addition to the lecture method, various techniques and activities, such as discussion interaction, project work, case studies, presentations, workshops, and seminars, are being promoted.
Educational Aids
TIC has been upgrading its educational materials over time. All classrooms are equipped with multimedia projectors for teaching activities. Additionally, to make the library more resourceful and extensive, online research materials from Pro-Quest and other databases have been purchased from TU Central Library to facilitate teaching and learning for teachers and students. The library has an ample collection of course books and reference books. A computer lab with free internet access has been set up for teachers and students.
Scholarship
Tribeni International College has arranged various full and partial scholarships for meritorious and underprivileged students. The college provides the “Sushant Full Scholarship-2079,” established by the Chairman of the College Management Committee.
Physical Infrastructure, Inventory, and Equipment Details
TIC has a three-story building within its premises. The building includes classrooms, a library, administrative offices, faculty rooms, an accounting office, a conference hall, and a store room. Additionally, a commercial building on the roadside of the college houses a canteen, an office for former students, and a primary treatment room. Plan for Community Contribution
Tribeni International College has planned the following contributions to the community:

Provide special scholarships for economically disadvantaged students to create a conducive study environment.

Ensure access to affordable education for underprivileged groups (Dalits, Indigenous, and educationally backward students) in society.

Admission Process
Enrollment Requirements for BBS

Students who have passed the secondary level in management or science or an equivalent level (recognized by the Ministry of Education of Nepal) and meet the minimum requirements set by Tribhuvan University are eligible for admission to BBS.

For admission, students must attend an interview and meet any other criteria prescribed by Tribhuvan University as scheduled by the College.

All students have to attend College wearing the prescribed college dress.
Enrollment Requirements for MBS

Students who have passed the Bachelor's Degree in any stream are eligible for admission to MBS.

All students must pass the CMAT exam by the Dean's Office of the Management Faculty, Tribhuvan University.
Provision of Scholarship

TIC welcomes and encourages quality education by offering students limited scholarships. Assuming special academic responsibility, the College provides scholarships to students from economically and socially marginalized groups, including people experiencing poverty, Dalits, and financially Disadvantaged Janajatis.
Special provision:

The students who obtain the highest marks in the final examination of BBS deserve full scholarships in tuition fees.

Based on merit scores, only five plus two top students from public or institutional schools are awarded a 100 percent scholarship for tuition fees.

The partial scholarship will be provided for people experiencing poverty, Dalits, EDJs, and public Nepali-medium school students.

Rules and Regulations for the students:

Students have to arrive in the prescribed dress in College.

Students should attend classes regularly. Colleges regard punctuality as an essential duty of students.

Students should participate in co-curricular activities, sports contests, and community services organized by the College, Study Circles, Student Welfare Committee, and respective student clubs.

Students must accept and fulfill the basic duties of doing assignments and tasks within the given time.

Students are expected to maintain and upgrade an excellent academic environment that is student-friendly, warm, and supportive among themselves and with due respect and cooperation with the teachers.

TIC does not allow excessive makeup, jewelry, or alterations to appearance.

Mobile phones are accepted if they are used appropriately for academic purposes. Disregarding the academic purpose and digressions in using the gadis is a matter of serious objection.

Students must use the college library properly and effectively per the rules and system.
