Overview
Step by Step Secondary School, Kaski was established in 1988 AD (2045 BS) as a privately owned educational institution located in Masber-7, Pokhara, Kaski district of Nepal. It is affiliated with National Examinations Board (NEB) and offers two years plus two years of ten plus two programs in Management and Science streams.
This Secondary school has contributed various services to the nation by producing cognizant citizens for the maintenance of peace, understanding, and co-operation among people, economic, social, and cultural development, and respect of human rights. In view of the above conceptions, it is felt modern education must aim to train the children from their earliest years to inspire them with these ideologies and that from the beginning of their schooling. This school is devoted in this mission since its establishments.
It is clear to all that since 2055, this school started to send its students to appear at the SEE examination and it has achieved brilliant results every year. In 2055, the first batch of students of this school appeared at the SEE examination. The result was cent percent first division with distinction and one student of this school secured the first position in English in the whole of Kaski district. In 2057, Dipti Baral achieved the first position in SLC in the whole of Gandaki Zone as well as Western Development Region among all girls. Since then the school has been achieving outstanding success with the brilliant record of cent percent of students passing in first division with a good number of them in distinction regularly.
As a result of the remarkable performance shown by this school, District Education Office, Kaski declared this school as “A” grade school in the year 2059. Similarly, in 2069 SEE, Prabesh Dhakal of this school stood second among the boys in the whole Kaski District, and Saru Shrestha of this school become third among the girls of institutional schools in Kaski, District.
Now, this school has conducted 10+2 classes in two streams – Science and Management since 2062. In secondary also 100% of students have passed with higher marks.
