Overview
Sindhuli Multiple Campus was established in 1984 (2041 B.S), which is located in Sindhulimadi, Sindhuli district of Nepal. It is a community based campus affiliated to Tribhuvan University (TU) and National Examinations Board (NEB). It is recognized from University Grant Commission of Nepal and QAA Certification Award by University Grant Commission. Sindhuli Multiple Campus is intensely dedicated and committed to develop competence, conscience, compassion and commitment in the personal qualities of the students. It offers various programs for Intermediate level, Bachelor Degree and Master Degree such as Bachelor of Arts (BA), Bachelor of Business Studies (BBS), Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.), Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA), M.Ed. Education Planning and Management, M.Ed. Nepali Language Education, MA in Sociology, Master of Business Studies (MBS), and Master of Education (M.Ed.) in Population Education. It also offers ten plus two programs in Education, Humanities and Management.
SCHOLARSHIP INFORMATION
Sindhuli Multiple Campus offers a range of scholarship opportunities to its students. These scholarships are awarded based on various criteria, and their allocation is managed by the campus's Scholarship Committee. This committee operates under specific guidelines to ensure fair and merit-based distribution of scholarships.
Functions, Duties, and Powers of the Scholarship Committee
- Evaluation of Candidates: The committee assesses meritorious students, women with disabilities, Dalits, orphans, and others from quota groups for scholarship eligibility.
- Selection and Prioritization: Applicants are selected and prioritized based on their qualifications and needs.
- Assessment Criteria: Scholarships are awarded after evaluating the academic performance, conduct, and behavior of the students.
- Fee Waiver for Top Performers: Students achieving the highest marks in their respective levels are granted a waiver of the monthly fee.
- Family Member Benefit: In families with three enrolled students, one student is eligible for a monthly fee waiver, subject to record verification.
- Transfer Clause: Students transferring to another institution without adequate reason must pay all fees incurred at Sindhuli Multiple Campus.
- Revocation Policy: Scholarships can be revoked if a recipient violates the student code of conduct or repeatedly breaches campus rules.
- Limitation on Multiple Scholarships: Except for the top student scholarship, individuals are eligible for only one scholarship in one subject.
- Additional Provisions: The committee is authorized to make necessary arrangements related to scholarships.
- External Scholarship Recommendations: The committee may recommend students for scholarships offered by other associations and institutes.
- Funding: Scholarships are funded through the campus's regular resources, as well as through requests from the University Grants Commission and other association institutes.
Eligibility for Excellent Student Scholarship
- This scholarship is awarded to students who have either scored 70 percent or more in their admission transcript or achieved similar marks after enrolling at Sindhuli Multiple Campus.
