Shankar Technical Training Center was established in 1998 AD (2055 BS) as a privately owned technical institute located in Janakpur, Dhanusa district of Nepal. It is affiliated to Council for Technical Education and Vocational Training. It is accredited by Nepal Health Professional Council and Nepal Ayruvedic Medical Council.
Shankar Technical Training Center offers various health related and technical courses such as Pre-Diploma in Ayurveda (AAHW), Pre-Diploma in Civil Engineering (Civil Sub-Overseer), Pre-Diploma in Community Medicine Assistant-CMA, Pre-Diploma in Electrical Engineering (Electrical Sub-overseer), Pre-Diploma in Medical Lab Technology (Lab Assistant), and Pre-Diploma in Survey Engineering (AMIN).
