Sahid Ramnath Dahal Multiple College was established in 2007 AD in memory of Shree Ramnath Dahal. Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)

The current program name is BBA Finance. Pokhara University previously named this program Bachelor of Business Administration in Banking and Insurance (BBA-BI).

BBA Finance is a four-year program divided into eight semesters and requires 120 credit hours for graduation. Its academic focus includes finance, banking, insurance, investment, capital markets, and broader areas of business management.

The curriculum is organized through several academic components:

• practicum courses

Foundation courses cover areas such as communication, economics, behavioral science, statistics, mathematics, information technology, and the legal environment of business.

Project work and internship are included within the degree structure. The internship component runs for six to eight weeks.

BBA Finance eligibility and admission

Applicants to BBA Finance must have completed Intermediate or Higher Secondary Level (10+2), Grade 12, Proficiency Certificate Level (PCL), or an equivalent qualification recognized by Pokhara University.

Applicants must also pass an entrance test conducted by the concerned college. The admission process may include an interview for final selection.

Attendance and academic evaluation

BBA Finance students are required to maintain at least 80 percent attendance in classes actually held.
