Paklihawa Campus (IASS) was established in 1978, and located in the Rupandehi district of Nepal, serves as a significant educational institution in the region. Situated merely 4 kilometers southwest of Bhairahawa, the district headquarters, the campus boasts a strategic location. It not only provides higher technical education in agriculture and veterinary sciences but also represents a crucial ecological region of Nepal.

Campus Overview: Covering an expansive area of 31 hectares, Paklihawa Campus offers a moderate level of facilities for undergraduate teaching and farm research in agricultural sciences. The campus is divided into various sections, including research and farm areas spanning approximately 19 hectares. These areas comprise a vegetable farm, agronomy farm, research fields, livestock farm, pasture land, ornamental nurseries, and an orchard. Furthermore, administrative and residential buildings occupy 12 hectares, housing a range of facilities such as administration offices, classrooms, laboratories, hostels, staff quarters, guest houses, and livestock buildings. The campus also provides separate accommodations for male and female students.

Resources and Facilities: Paklihawa Campus takes pride in its diverse physical resources and properties, which contribute to the overall educational experience. Some notable facilities include a veterinary teaching hospital, laboratories, farms, seminar hall, class buildings, hostels, a bus for transportation, and even a veterinary ambulance. Additionally, the campus has a collection and sale center for horticultural crops grown on college farms.
