Overview
Girija Prasad Koirala College of Agriculture and Research Centre (GPCAR) is a constituent college of Purbanchal University. Girija Prasad Koirala Agriculture College and Research Center was established as a fifth constituent college and introduced Four Years full-time Bachelor of Agriculture (B.Sc.Ag.) Program to address the rising need for agriculture education. It is located in Gothgaun, Biratnagar, Morang district of Nepal.
GPCAR is imparting high-quality agriculture education with a practice based methodology. It offers four years’ (8 Semesters), semester wise agriculture programs to address the need for agriculture education in the country. GPCAR provides bachelor (undergraduate) degree programs at affordable fee structure and also offers scholarship facility for deserving and financially poor students. It provides various facilities such as sports, cafeteria, counseling, conference, auditorium, educational tours, labs, placements, journals etc.
