Campion Academy (क्याम्पियन एकेडेमी), Lagankhel, Lalitpur, managed by CG|Education, one of the pioneer institutes in 10+2 in Nepal, was established in the year 1995. Since its inception, CA has been imparting quality education to students at 10+2 levels in various streams, viz. Science, Commerce, and Humanities (A - Level Science, A - Level Management, A - Level Humanities, Plus Two Science, Plus Two Management, Plus Two Humanities).

Committed to its motto, "Education Par Excellence," Campion Academy aims to impart the type of education that meets the individual and collective needs of the students and makes them self-confident, self-disciplined, and self-reliant by stressing value education, computer learning, social work, counseling, career guidance, leadership training, and other extracurricular activities.

History

Some survive the test of time, and then others fade away. It would not be an exaggeration to say that Campion Academy has truly overcome all the blocks that time has thrown at it, going through tremendous change over the past 30 years.
When the institution started in 1995, it pioneered +2 education. Realizing the dire needs of Nepalese students for higher secondary level education, two visionaries—Mr. Josh Niraula and Mr. Kailash Dewan—established it.
Campion Academy was named after Saint Edmund Campion, honoring his sacrifices to educate the needy. The founders and leaders who drove the academy all these years toiled to create and maintain the legacy the school is so proud of today.
In 2008, Campion Academy became a proud member of CG | Education and, under its leadership, achieved many goals. The alliance ultimately resulted in the institution becoming one of the premium ones in the country and the number one choice of SEE graduates.
Around the same time, Campion Academy started offering Cambridge’s A Level program to fulfill the need for an advanced degree among secondary-level graduates. Currently, Campion provides both +2 (now changed to SLC) and Level education.
Over the years, the name and status of +2 education changed, people joined, contributed, and left, institutions emerged and disappeared, while Campion Academy stayed the same in its principles and evolved in its ways. Here’s to 25 more glorious years of Campion Academy.

Cafeteria

Campion Academy serves you a wholesome, healthy, and hygienic menu. Keeping in mind that a healthy body leads to a healthy mind, the cafeteria ensures delicious, nutritious, hygienic food. Two cafeterias offer various delightful items to suit different palates, the Nepali traditional Dhal Bhaat, seasonal vegetables, and fruits. Snacks to mouthwatering momos and chef’s local delights. Each item is carefully prepared by trained cooks using premium ingredients to ensure that eating is wholesome and healthy.

Science Laboratories

Campion Academy features well-equipped Physics, Chemistry, and Biology Laboratories. These are adequately spaced, ventilated, and designed to offer students a comfortable learning environment. Further, the apparatuses are stocked in the laboratories per the guidelines of the Nepal Examination Board (NEB). Science Laboratories at Campion allow the students to enjoy learning as they translate theoretical knowledge into practical skills.

Computer Lab

The Computer Lab at Campion Academy features computer systems with standard specifications and high-speed internet. The lab allows the students to learn the application aspects of different programming languages, desktop applications, and the Internet as specified in the syllabus by the Nepal Examination Board (NEB). The Computer Labs at Campion let the students sit comfortably in a decently spaced and well-ventilated environment. The students witness learning with joy here.

CA is well equipped with in-house medical facilities and qualified healthcare providers. There is a nurse and an infirmary on the college premises. Easy accessibility and proximity to primary and reliable hospitals, as well as a standby vehicle for emergencies, are features that make CA a haven. Counselling Services

Counseling is a type of talking therapy that involves a trained therapist listening to you and helping you find ways to deal with emotional issues. Sometimes, “counseling” refers to talking therapies in general, but counseling is also a type of therapy in its own right. CA helps the students find the right direction if anyone is in trouble.

Sports and recreation

Education in California is incomplete without Sports. Sports enhance confidence and self-esteem and empower students. Students have won acclaim in various sporting events. Transportation

Each student at Campion Academy can enjoy the transportation facilities provided by the school for students who commute to school every day. The numerous school buses surround the ring road that encircles the city and reach every major street. Students can also have their guardians drop them off at school.

Admission Procedure:

Students wishing to apply should complete the following procedures:

Visit the college and request an Application Form.
Submit the filled-in Form and appear for the Campion Entrance Test.
If qualified in the entrance exam, the applicant and a parent or guardian will attend a face-to-face interview with the principal.
If declared eligible, the applicant can be admitted to the academy.
