Balkumari College, located in Chitwan, Nepal, is a leading college that has been imparting education at the university level since 1986. Affiliated with Tribhuvan University, the college has been awarded the Quality Assurance & Accreditation (QAA) certification by the Quality Assurance & Accreditation Committee of the University Grants Commission (UGC Nepal). The college offers a range of programs carefully designed to give students an edge in placement or further education. These programs include BBA, BBS, BHM, BIM, BICTE, BSc Microbiology, BSc Environmental Science, B.Ed, M.Ed., MBA, and MBS programs (Tribhuvan University affiliated). Balkumari College has 11 programs and more than 2500 Students enrolled.

Most gave high ratings for their enhanced academic knowledge acquired through Balkumari College, problem-solving, and research skills. Similarly, most students' communication skills and team spirit improved through the programs at BKC, as per the observed rating value. These findings support the teaching and learning environment and practical curriculum. The respondents only gave a somewhat satisfactory rating for information technology skills.

Most respondent graduates reported that their jobs are related to the college courses they completed through BKC. Based on their assessment, it can reliably be noted that their employment was guided by their degrees. Their careers are still related to their degrees, and realignments have occurred."
