Nepal Magar Society Service & Information Centre (MIC-Nepal), Sisne Rural Municipality-6, Rukum (East) Staff Vacancy Announcement.

With the support of Fairmed Foundation Nepal and the management of this organization, a new project is being launched in Rukum (East) District aimed at improving the quality of healthcare services, enhancing access for the general public, improving maternal and child health, supporting disease prevention, upgrading services provided by health institutions and personnel, improving local community hygiene practices, and updating data related to various epidemic diseases and physical disabilities to create a more inclusive environment.

To ensure the effective implementation of this project, staff recruitment is required for the following positions. Interested candidates are requested to submit a formal application to the Central Office of this organization, Sisne Rural Municipality-6, Rukum (East), within 7 days from the date of publication of this notice. Applications submitted after the deadline or incomplete will not be included in the selection process. The selection committee holds full authority for staff selection.

1. Advertisement No.: 01/081/082 – Open

• Position: Social Mobilizer (SM)

• Required Number: 6 Persons

• Work Location: Two personnel will be selected for each municipality. Applicants must clearly state their preferred municipality. Local applicants will be given priority.

• Remuneration & Benefits: As per project regulations

• Qualification: 10+2 or equivalent, or ANM/CMA passed, or proficiency certificate level passed in another field. Preference to candidates with at least 2 years of work experience.

• Age Requirement: Must be at least 18 years old and not exceed 40 years. For female candidates, the age limit is 45 years.

2. Advertisement No.: 02/081/082 – Open

• Position: Documentation, Monitoring, and Technical Support Officer (DMTO)

• Required Number: 1 Person

• Work Location: Rukum (East) District

• Remuneration & Benefits: As per project regulations

• Qualification: Bachelor's degree in BPH, BSc Nursing, or any discipline with at least 2 years of experience in health-related training, monitoring, and evaluation. Must have good computer skills and a valid two-wheeler driving license.

• Age Requirement: Must be at least 18 years old and not exceed 45 years. For female candidates, the age limit is 50 years.

• Position: Project Coordinator (PC)

• Required Number: 1 Person

• Work Location: Rukum (East) District

• Remuneration & Benefits: As per project regulations

• Qualification: Bachelor's degree in BPH, BSc Nursing, or any discipline with at least 5 years of work experience in health-related programs. Priority will be given to candidates with an MPH or MSc Nursing degree and a valid two-wheeler driving license.

• Age Requirement: Must be at least 18 years old and not exceed 50 years. For female candidates, the age limit is 55 years.

• Position: Admin and Finance Officer (AFO)

• Required Number: 1 Person

• Work Location: Rukum (East) District

• Qualification: BBS/BBA graduate with at least 3 years of experience in administration and finance.

• Age Requirement: Must be at least 18 years old and not exceed 45 years. For female candidates, the age limit is 50 years.
