We can divide the work in four ways (Employee, self Employee, Business and Investor) or say that there are four types of people in the world. There some difference between business and employee.
Who is Employee?
Most people in this world come in this number. From childhood, people would have a mindset that they would get a good job, be good sisters, and they should be happy with their life. About the security of the job since childhood many things are feared in our lives, we do not want to take any risk. A person spends her half-life studying while preparing for competitive exams so that she can get a good job. Since childhood, we are asked to read a lot so that we can get a better job, and we can feel safe about ourselves. Our education system also motivates us to live a servant's life. The job is a job that you do not want to do for anyone, just by the temptation of a Pay Check that at the end of the month, you will get a salary so that you can fulfill your needs. Overall, the job-seekers go to work without wanting to lose the salary of the month, they only focus on salary, pension, insurance, and security.
Who is Self-Employee?
These are people who do not work under anybody, they do not have a boss and they consider themselves to be their boss. They do not do the job of others but they are only doing a job for themselves. A self-employer keeps a big mistake in his mind that he is doing business but there is a lot of difference between Business and Self Employed. For example, a person named John works in a software company, now it seems that he will not work for another when he is a master at that job, why not starts his own work. He leaves the job, sets up his own software at home and creates the software for others and starts to feel that he is leaving the job and doing business. While leaving the job, he is doing a job. The only difference is that he is not working for another. John likes to do all his work himself because he feels that he can do all his work better, he does not rely on others, wants to do everything himself and saw himself as a businessman, his own The customer remains entangled when everyone is celebrating holidays, John is serving his customers. The mindset of Self Employee works the same way. He calls himself a businessman, but he remains in a kind of job, the only difference is that he works according to his own way, and on the day when he ceases to work, money will stop earning. Self Employee and Same with those who work, they do not work on the day they do not work or go to work, money is withdrawn from their salaries or they do not get money on that day.
Who is Businessman?
Business is the one in which we take ourselves out of that work, meaning that we do not have to be involved in work. It is important that we look at our business models and ways of working. We have to prepare such a startup once our hard work, then your team works for you and you only see the management work or are completely restless. Business means that we hire talented people who work for us and we do not have to stay active in that work ourselves. Business is where in your absence, your work gets better. You do not worry about your work, even if you live on a 2-year leave, there is no effect on your work, and all is done better. We should ask ourselves a question that if we go on a long vacation and we feel that this can be a big loss, then we are not a business owner at all, but we are self-employed. A business owner sets up his work such that when he goes on a long leave, he still does not have to worry about his work and in his absence, things work better.
Who is Investor?
When a person starts having more money, then he thinks of investing in a good startup or company so that his money increases with the profit of startup. The investor uses his money properly and sees which companies can go ahead in the future and by analyzing the business of others, they invest their money, which increases their money over time.
Finally, many people are running behind the job today, many are starting their own work and many people are also moving forward in the business field and they are working to hire good people.
