
Sainik Awasiya Mahavidyalaya, Khairahani-03, Chitwan, Student Admission Notice for Class 6- 2082
Applications are invited as per rules for admission of sons/daughters of Nepal Army personnel (currently serving or retired) and civilians who wish to study in Grade 6 in a disciplined environment through full English medium at Sainik Awasiya Mahavidyalaya, Chitwan, for the upcoming academic session 2082.
Application forms can be obtained from the Principal’s Office of the college by paying the prescribed fee (except on public holidays).
Minimum Eligibility Criteria for Admission:
(a) Students must have passed all subjects with a minimum of 50% aggregate marks (at least C+ grade or GPA 2.4) in the annual/half-yearly/second/third trimester examination of Grade 5 in the year 2081 from a school recognized by the Government of Nepal.
(b) Age should not exceed 12 years as of Baisakh 1, 2082.
(c) Students must pass the written entrance examination conducted by the college and qualify for the second stage based on merit. They must also pass the interview and general health check-up.
Documents to be submitted:

Certified copy of marksheet (gradesheet) of the annual/half-yearly or second/third trimester examination of Grade 5 – 1 copy

Certified copy of character certificate mentioning the age of the student – 1 copy

Copy of birth certificate certified by the local registrar – 2 copies

Recently taken photographs – 2 copies (1 passport size, 1 auto size)

For children of currently serving army personnel: original certified recommendation from the respective unit mentioning the child’s date of birth – 1 original copy
OR
For children of retired army personnel: certified copy of pension certificate – 1 copy
• Candidates selected for admission after passing the final entrance examination must compulsorily submit their Transfer Certificate, Character Certificate, and Gradesheet to the college's Examination Section before enrollment.
As per the policy of "One couple, one child, one level" under the quota for army personnel and college staff, if one child of any beneficiary has studied under the concessional quota at a certain level, the second child will not be eligible for concession at the same level. However, if they wish to study under the full fee-paying scheme (similar to the open group for civilians), the opportunity may be provided.
← Children of army personnel who have attained martyrdom while in service, those entitled to benefits as per rules, and children of differently-abled army personnel will also be provided admission arrangements as per rules. Interested applicants can also submit forms.
