Tribhuvan University, Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences, Ratna Rajya Laxmi Campus (RR Campus), Exhibition Road, Kathmandu Admission Notice for BCA Program
This is to inform interested and eligible students that admissions for the BCA program for the academic session 2081/082 (2024) at RR Campus will begin from 2081/05/26. The admissions are open for 70 seats. Students who have passed the entrance examination conducted by the Dean's Office, Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences, Tribhuvan University, on 2081 Bhadra 22, are eligible to apply. The following documents must be submitted during the admission process:
Required Documents:
(1) One copy of the entrance exam admit card issued by the Dean's Office.
(2) Two certified copies of the SLC/SEE certificates.
(3) Two copies of the mark sheets or certificates of Class 11 and 12, or Intermediate / +2 / PCL, along with the original migration certificate (for students without a Tribhuvan University registration number).
(4) Four recently taken passport-sized photos.
(5) Separate original bank vouchers for the application form fee of NPR 100 and the first semester installment of NPR 56,450 (First Semester First Installment NPR 55,250 + Library Deposit NPR 200 + Health/TU Registration NPR 1,000) deposited at Nepal Bank, Kantipath Branch in the name of RR Campus.
Note: An additional installment of NPR 15,000 for the first semester must be paid at the time of filling the exam form.
Total fee: NPR 3,30,000 for 4 years (8 semesters) excluding exam fees.
Additional Information:
(1) As per campus regulations, after the end-of-semester examination of the first session, 10% of the students who have participated in the exams will be awarded scholarships based on merit and inclusive merit.
(2) If a student, for any reason, is unable to continue their studies, the admission fee will not be refunded or transferred to another person.
