Pre-Diploma Level Admission (Full Paying) Notice - CTEVT:
Urgent Notice regarding filling up of application form for full fee admission in Pre-Diploma (formerly TSLC) level in the academic session 2077/078 of Council of Technical Education and Vocational Training (CTEVT), Examination Control Office, Sanothimi, Bhaktapur:
For enrollment in the pre-diploma level educational programs conducted by the Council for Technical Education and Vocational Training (CTEVT) in the academic session 2077/078; According to the "Pre-Diploma Level Entrance Examination Operation, Scholarship Distribution and Admission Guideline 2077" issued by the CTEVT Examination Control Office Completed the full fee enrollment process; This notice has been published for the information of all those who have qualified for the selection and admission of students to fill up the application form by Monday, Ashoj 19, 2077.

Eligibility Criteria for Admission in Pre-Diploma Level:
Passed SLC or similar examination from a recognized educational institution before the alphabetical system is implemented. Or, Passed the SEE exam in any grade after the alphabetical system is implemented.
2. Full Target Target Berg Quotas
A) Disabled, Ex-Kamaiya / Haliya, Backward Classes, Dalit, Women, Adivasi-Janajati, Muslim, Madhesi and Jana Andolan / People's War / Madhesh Andolan / Conflict Victims / Displaced / Disappeared / Martyred Families / Injured or among their target group The target group quota has been fixed at 10 percent of the sanctioned quota in each educational program.
B) Candidates who have studied in community government or private schools will be able to participate in this target group. When selecting the candidates in this quota, they will be selected on the basis of the highest marks of SEE by competing among all the target groups mentioned. Candidates filling up the form in the full fee targeted category quota will not be allowed to compete in the full fee open quota.
3. Full Fee Paying Quota:
A) Vacant seats other than scholarship and target groups will fall under this quota. Anyone in this quota will be able to fill the application form.
4. Jehendar Scholarship:
Jehendar Scholarship will be awarded to the one who gets the highest marks among the candidates selected from the full fee target class quota and full fee open quota who have filled the application form for admission in each educational institution. Students receiving scholarships in this way will not be allowed to charge any fee other than food and accommodation.
5. Documents to be submitted along with the application
A) Two recent passport size (35mm x45mm) photocopies with clear faces. (The name on the back of the photo and the program you want to study should be clearly written)
B) Copy of SLC or SEE or similar educational qualification certificate.
C) A copy of the letter of equivalence determined by the body designated by the Government of Nepal in case of passing SLC or similar examination from a country other than Nepal.
D) Candidates who are included in the full fee target class quota should submit a copy of the same documents as prescribed to the class candidates specified in point no. 11 of the Admission Directive 2077.
6. Selection Process:
Due to the impact of COVID 19, which spreads information about the selection process globally, a large number of students are not able to attend the entrance exams and other programs. For the academic session 2077/078 only, the selection process for full-fee Paying students has been established as follows.
A) The concerned school will collect the application form from the applicants who have reached the minimum qualification as specified in the notice. While collecting the application form, it is mandatory to follow the health-related criteria prescribed by the Government of Nepal. For which the concerned educational institutions will have to use electronic means.
B) Web-Based Online Integrated Training
Entering Management System (ITMS). Once the online entry form is approved by the Examination Control Office, the admission permission number of the examinee will be maintained and only the examinees who have the permission number will have to be included in the list of qualifications. C. To form the following result preparation sub-committee in each school.
A)Coordinator of the concerned school - Principal
B) Education staff of the concerned municipality or staff representative appointed by the municipality-member e) Instructor or staff designated by the concerned school board of directors-member secretary
D) Fill in the application form within the date fixed by the sub-committee. To prepare the main candidate, alternate candidate, and passing list with admission permit number by determining the qualification order according to the highest marks obtained in If the score is equal while preparing the list in this way, it will be maintained as follows
I) If the score of entrance examination or SEE is equal, the one who gets the highest mark/grade/grade point of compulsory mathematics will be given first priority.
II) If the highest marks of compulsory mathematics are also equal, to determine the qualification list on the basis of the highest marks/grades/grade points obtained in compulsory science and compulsory English respectively.
Iii) If the marks are equal as per points (a) and (b) above, to prepare a merit list on the basis of single women, women, Dalit, Adivasi / Janajati, Muslim, Madhesi, backward and remote areas respectively.
E) To prepare and publish the results according to the qualification order and to send the results to the council, state office, and examination control office under the state where the school is located within one week at most from the date of publication.
F) Mandatory posting of preparation results on the website and information board of the school concerned and on the notice board of the concerned municipal office and ward office.
G) Candidates who have not filled the online application form within the stipulated time will not be admitted. If the candidates who have not filled the online application form within the stipulated time are admitted, such students will not be registered and the entire responsibility will fall on the principal of the school concerned.
