PCL, Diploma, and Pre-Diploma Level Admission for Alternative / Cut off / Pass List Students: CTEVT
Urgent notice regarding admission of students from Alternative / Cut off / Pass List in the academic session 2077/078 of Council of Technical Education and Vocational Training (CTEVT), Examination Control Office, Sanothimi, Bhaktapur towards the full fee of Diploma and Certificate level and Pre-Diploma level :
As per the notice of the CTEVT office dated 2077-05-26 and 2077-05-30 for filling the application form, applications have been requested at the diploma and certificate level and pre-diploma level respectively. Some programs and educational institutions received fewer application forms than the approved quota and some programs and educational institutions received more applications than the required quota; And a large number of applicants on the Alternative / Cut off / Pass List in addition to the main candidates and alternate candidates as they wait for the opportunity to study technical education;
From the Alternative / Cut off / Pass List of the relevant educational institutions in the field of Nursing, Pharmacy, General Medicine and Ophthalmic programs related to health by the 4th of Mangsir 2077 BS; And in the case of other programs, by submitting the application form in any program and province, publishing a public notice from the applicants in the Alternative / Cut off / Pass List and determining the qualification order on the basis of the highest marks from the applicants. This notice has been published for the information of all concerned in order to take forward the student admission process in coordination with the concerned council and state office.
Note:
- All the terms and conditions of the notice published on the Council's website www.ctevt.org.np on 2077-05-26 and 2077-5-30 will be applicable for the student admission process.
- Students applying from other educational institutions and programs should enclose with the application a copy of the admission permit, the result details printed from the council's website, and the certificate of educational qualification.
- Alternative candidates for the classified (free) scholarship can be admitted according to the qualifying order only if the full fee candidates remain vacant.
- No fee will be charged from the applicant while collecting the application form from Alternative / Cut off / Pass List by the concerned educational institutions.
- The concerned educational institutions have prepared the results according to the qualifications of the applicants who have collected the application form from Alternative / Cut off / Pass List for Diploma and Certificate level; Must be secretly sent to the provincial office of the concerned council. Candidates will be admitted only after verifying and publishing the results obtained by the state office.
