Nepal APF School Announces Admission Open 2082 Kirtipur, Kohalpur, Saptari
The Nepal APF Schools, operated by the Armed Police Force Nepal Welfare Service Center, located in Kirtipur (Kathmandu), Kohalpur, Saptari, and Jhalari, announce the opening of admissions for the academic session 2082 BS (2025 AD) in Classes 4, 5, 6, and 7.
Admissions are available with full residential facilities for children of Armed Police Force personnel (60%) and children of the general public (40%) according to the seat allocation specified below.
Form Registration Process:
a) Interested candidates can download the entrance examination form from the school’s website, www.napfs.edu.np, or visit the school physically to fill and register the form in the prescribed format.
b) The online entrance examination form is available on the school’s website (www.napfs.edu.np) and Facebook page (Nepal APF School Kirtipur) at the link https://mgmt.napfs.edu.np/onlineadmission. Candidates can fill in the required details and register online.
Application Fee:
The fee for the online form is Rs. 200, which must be deposited into the respective school’s bank account. Alternatively, candidates can pay by scanning the QR code received while filling out the form and including the voucher or screenshot of the payment with the application.
Last Date for Form Submission: 22 Chaitra 2081 (April 4, 2025) within office hours.

Documents Required for Entrance Examination Form Registration:
a) For serving Armed Police personnel: A recommendation letter from the current office specifying the rank. For children of martyrs or ex-personnel: A copy of the pension document is mandatory.
b) Two passport-size photographs of the student and a copy of the birth certificate.
c) A copy of the mark sheet from the second trimester or mid-term examination.
d) A registration fee of Rs. 200 is required at the time of form submission.
