Registration Application Form Distribution:
To distribute the registration application form for the students enrolled in class 11 by the end of 2079 Kartik.
Filling the registration application form:
The registration application form of newly enrolled students in class 11 should be completed by Paush 15th, 2079 (the bank receipt for depositing the registration fee should be received by Paush 19th). The deadline for filling the registration application form along with the late fee will be by the middle of Paush 2079 and the receipts for depositing the registration fee along with the fee should be by the end of Paush.
Registration Application Form to be submitted:
The schools should submit the registration application form to the relevant office of the Board within 15th of Magh 2079. (If there is any problem in filling the student's registration, the school itself will be responsible for the problem.)
Registration Certificate Distribution:
2079 Falgun 15th to distribute the registration half-sheet with triplicate to the respective schools.
Examination application form distribution
Distribution of examination application forms to the respective schools from the 1st of Paush 2079 for the students studying in class 12.
Filling/Filling of Examination Application Form:
The respective schools/campuses will fill the examination application form for the aspirants/grade increase of class 11 and the regular and aspirant/grade increase candidates of class 12 within 16th of Paush 2079 to 15th of Magh. (Bank Voucher should be up to 15th of Magh 2079)
Exam Atedal Form Merle and Bubhtaule (Including Filing Fee)
From 2079 Magh 16 to 2079 Magh end, the respective schools/campuses will fill the examination application form with late fee (double fee). Schools should submit the examination application form to the relevant office of the Board by 15th Falgun 2079. (Back Voucher should be within 15th Falgun 2079)
Exam Time Table:
The timetable for the annual examination of class 12 regular, partial/grade increment and class 11 (partial/grade increment) candidates to be conducted in the month of Baishakh will be published within 2079 Magh end.
Exam Center Determination:
The examination center of class 12th annual and class 11th (partial/grad increase) examination to be conducted in the month of Baishakh in the year 2080 will be determined within 2079 Falgun end.
Distribution of admit card and triplicate:
By end of Falgun 2079, students' admit cards and triplicate will be distributed to schools.
Practical Exam/Internal Assessment:
The time table of the practical examination of the subjects for which the external examiner will be assigned by the board should be decided by the respective schools/campuses and submitted to the relevant office of the board by the end of Falgun 2079.
According to the Letter Grading Guide, 2078, the students of the city who obtained the minimum grade in the internal assessment subject matter will not be able to participate in the annual examination to be conducted by the Bard; The practical/internal evaluation of class 12 will be completed/conducted by the middle of Chaitra 2079 and the results according to the name and registration number of the examinee will be submitted to the relevant offices of Bard by 15th Baisakh 2080. Class 11 partial/grade increment examinees who registered in 2076 or earlier (the first two parts of the registration number are 76 or less) must complete the practical examination by the end of Baisakh 2080 and the related bards by the 15th of Jeshta 2080. The receipts will have to be submitted to the offices. (Students who do not get minimum C grade in practical and internal evaluation are also informed not to participate in the annual examination.)
Examination conduct:
a) Annual Examination:
The annual examination of class 12 will be conducted from the second week of the month of Baisakh 2080.
Class 11th partial/grade increment exam will be conducted from the third week of Baisakh month 2080.
Schools will conduct the annual examination of class 11 from the last week of Jestha 2080.
b) Grade increment (supplementary) examination
Class 12 annual examination results will be conducted within 45 days from the date of publication.
Publication of Results:
a) Annual Examination
The results of the annual examination of class 12 will be published by the middle of Shrawan 2080.
Class 11 (partial/grade increase candidates) will be published by the end of the year.
b) Grade increment (supplementary) examination
The results of grade increment (supplementary) examination of class 12 will be published within 45 days from the date of conducting the examination.
Time to apply for reappointment - within 15 days from the date of publication of the result.
Publication of re-evaluation results - Within 45 days from the date of publication of the results (before the supplementary examination is conducted).
Pre-Requisite course related activities:
a) Submission of registration application form :- Within 2079 Ashoj first week
b) Submission of exam application form filling :- 2079 Ashoj end
c) Exam Conduct :- 2079 Kartik from last week.
d) Publication of results :- Within 15th of Mangsir 2079.
D) Conducting Grade increment Examination :- Within 15 days from the date of publication of Pre-Requisite course examination result
f) Publication of the result of grade increment examination:- Within 10 days from the date of conducting the examination.
Note: Before filling the registration and application form, if there is any correction in the fee or any change in the decision regarding the fee, it will be informed accordingly.
