Kathmandu University, School of Science Admission Open In Undergraduate Programs for Academic Year 2021/2022 Re-announcement
Candidates are required to appear in the Entrance Examination according to their choice of the academic program conducted by the School of Science. The Entrance Examination will be conducted in the mode of Paper-Based Test (PBT).
B. Tech (Computational Mathematics)Eligibility Criteria:10+2 level (or equivalent) with a minimum aggregate GPA of 2.0 (50% in percentage scale) and grade C individually in each course. (see notes*) OR, Minimum 50% in aggregate and minimum 50% in 10+2 in aggregate of PCM (Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics) (see notes*) |
B. Sc. (Computational Mathematics)Eligibility Criteria:10+2 level (or equivalent) with a minimum aggregate GPA of 2.0 (50% in percentage scale) and grade C individually in each course. (Environmental Science)Eligibility Criteria: 10+2 level (or equivalent) with a minimum aggregate (IPA of 2.0 (50% in percentage scale) and grade C individually in each course. OR, Minimum 50% in aggregate and minimum 50% in aggregate of PCM or PCB (Physics, Chemistry, and Biology) |
*Notes: Students who have completed +2 in the biology stream must have taken additional mathematics courses and passed it with a cumulative PCM of 50 % or 2.0 GPA.
Online application opens on Sunday, January 16, 2022, and ends on Sunday, January 23, 2022.

A limited number of scholarships are available for meritorious and financially needy students.
Admit card distribution and Entrance exam will be held on Thursday, January 27, 2022
(In TWO Shifts: 10:00 am and 1:00 pm at Dhulikhel campus, Kavre)
For the Entrance exam, necessary to bring the original:
- Deposited bank voucher
- • ID card with photo (submitted during the online form submission)
- Application processing fee of NRs 1500/- is to be deposited through Bank
- Pay the required fees to the account of the Kathmandu University, School of Science at any branch of the following bank:
