Two Year Masters Programs

Entry Requirements

a. M.Ed. in English Language Teaching

PGDE/B.Ed./BA in English with minimum 2" division or CGPA 2.5 out of 4 points or Masters Degree in any discipline or Bachelor's Degree in any discipline with a minimum 2nd division or CGPA 2.5 out of 4 points and acceptable

IELTS/TOEFL results

b. M.Ed. in Mathematics Education

PGDE/B.Ed./BSc/BA in Mathematics or equivalent degree with minimum 2nd division or CGPA 2.5 out of 4 points.

c. M.Ed. in Leadership and Management

Bachelor's Degree in any discipline with minimum 2nd division or CGPA 2.5 out of 4 points.

d.    Master in Sustainable Development

Bachelor's Degree in any discipline with minimum 2nd division or CGPA 2.5 out of 4 points.

e. Master in Technical and Vocational Education and Training

Bachelor's Degree in any discipline with a minimum 2nd division or CGPA 2.5 out of 4 points.

One Year Masters Program

  • Written Entrance Test: Monday, July 13, 2020 (Time: 1:00 PM onwards)
  • Interview: Wednesday, July 15, 2020 (Time: 12:00 Noon onwards)
  • Orientation: Sunday, August 16, 2020 (Time: 4:30-7:30 PM)
  • Classes start from: Monday, August 17, 2020 (Time: 4:30-7:30 PM)

All admission processes will be conducted online. All classes will be conducted online until further notice. We will have regular face-to-face classes when the Covid-19 related situation becomes normal and will be conducted at the School of Education premises at Hattiban, Lalitpur. The classes for those students who register for online mode will continue online.

Limited scholarships available through UGC and other sources. The NORHED Rupantaran Project provides dissertation supports for meritorious females and students from disadvantaged communities.
