Junior Survey Training Admission Open 60th Batch at Land Management Training Center
Government of Nepal, Ministry of Land Management, Cooperatives and Poverty Alleviation, Land Management Training Center, Dhulikhel, Kavrepalanchok Notice regarding the call for applications for the 60th batch of Junior Survey Training (Open Group)
According to the approved annual program of Fiscal Year 080/81 of the Land Management Training Center, applications are invited from qualified Nepali citizens for a one-year Junior Survey Training (Open) to be conducted based on open competition.
Number of required trainees for the open group: 24
A. Open Group: 14 trainees (2 trainees from each province)
B. Inclusive Group: 10 trainees (4 women, 2 Indigenous nationalities, 2 Madhesis, 1 Dalit, and 1 from backward regions for all provinces combined)
1. Educational qualifications required for candidates:
A. Passed 10+2 with science including mathematics or equivalent.
B. Completed 18 years of age and not exceeding 24 years by the last date of application.
C. Achieved at least 50% marks in mathematics of 200 full marks and 50% overall in science and mathematics in the 10+2 science program.
D. Obtained at least C+ in science and mathematics and overall C+ in the current grading system.
E. Students who have not yet published the final results of class 12 can also apply after the results are published, meeting the condition
(F). Applications will be rejected if condition (D) is not met.
Documents to be submitted along with the application:
A. Copy of Nepali citizenship certificate.
B. Copy of marksheet and character certificate of 10+2 with science including mathematics or equivalent.
C. Copy of equivalency certificate for those who have obtained educational qualifications from outside Nepal.
D. Recently taken passport size photograph.
E. Additional documents required for candidates applying under the inclusive group:
- For indigenous nationalities: Documents certified by the Chief District Officer on the recommendation of the local authority, listing the clan within the caste as per the list of the National Foundation for Development of Indigenous Nationalities Act.
- For Dalits: Documents certified by the Chief District Officer on the recommendation of the local authority, listing the clan within the caste as per the list of the National Dalit Commission.
- For Madhesis: Documents certified by the Chief District Officer on the recommendation of the local authority or certification from the specified institution by the Government of Nepal as published in the Nepal Gazette.
- For backward regions: Citizenship certificate stating permanent residence in the districts listed in the explanation section of Subsection (7) of Section 7 of the Civil Service Act, 2049 and Subsection (5) of Section 8 of the Health Service Act, 2053, and documents certified by the local authority stating permanent residence there as of three months prior to the application date.
Application Submission Process:
Applications can be submitted at the Land Management Training Center or through the link provided on the Center’s website www.lmtc.gov.np.

Application and Examination Fee: Rs. 400/- (in words: Four Hundred Rupees) for the open group and an additional Rs. 200/- (in words: Two Hundred Rupees) for the inclusive group.

Last date for application submission: By the date 2081/04/25. Applications can be submitted with double the fee within 7 days thereafter. If the last day is a holiday, applications can be submitted on the next working day.

The Center reserves the right to cancel any application at any time if the required minimum qualifications and other documents are not met.

No action will be taken on applications received after the specified date.

An admission card will be issued after the application form is approved by the Land Management Training Center.

Trainee Selection Process: A written examination will be conducted through electronic means.

Examination Date and Center: The written examination will be held at the Land Management Training Center or at a place designated by the Center on Saturday, 2081/05/08.

The final result of the selection based on the merit of the written examination will be published on the Center’s website and notice board.

Bank details for application fee submission: The application fee can be deposited in the name of the Land Management Training Center in National Commercial Bank, Dhulikhel Branch (Office Code 336042601, Bank Account No. 1000200010000, Revenue Title No. 14224 (Examination Fee)) from any branch of National Commercial Bank. The original voucher of the fee deposit must be submitted along with the application form.
