Candidates Who Passed the Entrance Examination Conducted by IOE BE / BArch Entrance Examination Board from 2081 Bhadra 16 to 2081 Bhadra 22
The candidates who passed the entrance examination published by the IOE Entrance Examination Board on 2081 Bhadra 22 are notified about the admission process for constituent campuses and affiliated colleges under the Tribhuvan University Institute of Engineering (IOE). The admission process will follow the schedule published by the IOE Centralized Admission Monitoring Committee.
All relevant information will be available on admission.ioe.edu.np on 2081/05/26.
Candidates whose names appear on the merit list published by the IOE Entrance Examination Board will be invited to apply for admission to their respective campuses/colleges according to the admission program published by the IOE Centralized Admission Monitoring Committee. The affiliated campuses/colleges must publish the admission list based on merit and invite applications for the available programs.
For the Architecture program, the affiliated campuses/colleges may conduct an Aptitude Test for the listed candidates.
Candidates whose results are marked as Withheld are requested to visit the Information and Communication Technology Center with a valid identification document (e.g., I.Sc./10+2 entrance card, Engineering Diploma entrance card, citizenship certificate, driving license, or passport) by 2081/05/26 to remove their name from the Withheld list. Failure to do so will result in disqualification from admission to any campus/college.
Admission Notice for Foreign Candidates:
Foreign candidates who passed the entrance examination conducted by the IOE Entrance Examination Board 2081 (2024) and wish to get admitted to any constituent campus are required to submit the following documents between 8th September and 12th September 2024, from 11:00 AM to 4:00 PM at IOE, Pulchowk Campus, Center for Information Technology (CIT):
- Application letter as a foreign applicant
- Copy of passport or identification document from the concerned embassy
