Council for Technical Education and Vocational Training (CTEVT), School of Health Sciences, Bharatpur, Chitwan
The School of Health Sciences, Bharatpur, Chitwan, an affiliate of the Council for Technical Education and Vocational Training (CTEVT), is pleased to announce the opening of the Certificate and Diploma Level Application Form for the academic year 2077-2078. The ophthalmic program is a joint program of CTEVT and Nepal Netra Jyoti Sangh, Bharatpur Eye Hospital (NNJSBEH).

Merit Scholarship will be given in the first year to 1/1 of the applicants who have achieved the highest marks in each program.

CTEVT registration fee, examination fee, professional council fee, and experimental practice fee will be charged additionally as prescribed by the concerned institutions.
Application Form: The application form has to be downloaded and filled from the Notice of www.sohs.edunp of School of Health Sciences Bharatpur, Chitwan, or from www.sohsbharatpur.com.
Application Fees: Form Fee Rs. 800 should be deposited at Rastriya Banijya Bank Bharatpur Branch School of Health Sciences Account No. 1310100000001006.
Last date to submit the form: 2077-06-15
Students enrolled in full fees will be able to pay 40% in the first year, 30% in the second year, and 30% in the third year in installments.
Eligibility: Must have obtained minimum/grade in compulsory Mathematics, English, and Science subjects in SLC / SEE examination from a recognized educational institution and have obtained a minimum 2 in overall GPA.
For those who want to enroll in TSLC and Target Group quotas, fill out the TSLC and Target Group Quota Form and in the case of others, decide which quota of the program you will be competing in and put a black mark on only one of the marked quotas in the full fee form.
If the completed application form and required documents are not in order, the application will be canceled automatically
