National Health Foundation College (Affiliated to CTEVT and Accredited by NHPC/MEC) Admission Open for HA and Diploma in Pharmacy
This notification has been published for the information of all concerned to fill up the entrance form by contacting this college by 2081/04/13 for the academic session 2081/082 in the educational programs listed below, conducted at the National Health Foundation approved by the Council of Technical Education and Vocational Training (CTEVT).
Academic Program to be Studied:
- General Medicine (H.A.)
- Diploma in Pharmacy (DPH)
Minimum Educational Qualification Required:
Required Documents to be Submitted Along with the Application Form:
- Minimum Educational Qualification Required: A minimum GPA of 2.0 out of 4.0 in aggregate with compulsory English, Maths, and Science subjects in the entrance or SEE examination from a recognized educational institution or equivalent, or 68.33 percent in total marks in technical SLC/Pre-Diploma level from the Council, and passed.
- Two recent color photographs of passport size (35mmX45mm) with clear facial features (Name and desired program on the back of the photo).
- Photocopy of SLC or SEE certificate from a recognized educational institution with a minimum Grand Point Average (GPA) of 2.0.
- Self-attested photocopy of the character certificate of the school studied.
- Photocopy of Citizenship/Birth Registration Certificate attested by the student himself/herself.
Time for Submission of Entrance Exam Fee and Form:
- Entrance Test Fee: Rs. 1500/-
- Form Distribution Date: From 16th June 2081, Sunday.
- Last Date for Submission of Form: Until 13th Shravan 2081, Sunday.
- Entrance Exam Date: 19th Shravan 2081 at 8:00 AM.
Note: Candidates who do not meet the minimum educational qualification required for the specified program will be allowed to join the entrance examination for the SEE chance examination for grade enhancement. However, if the grade of SEE is not increased within the specified time, the admission will be automatically canceled.
