Sainik Awasiya Mahavidyalaya, Dharan-13, Fulse, Sunsari Notice Regarding Admission for Grade 6 Students
Applications are invited as per the rules for admission of sons and daughters of Nepal Army personnel (serving and retired) and civilians who wish to study in a fully English-medium, disciplined environment in Grade 6 at this institution for the upcoming academic session 2082. Admission forms can be obtained from the administration section of the college upon payment of the prescribed fee, except on public holidays.
Minimum Eligibility Criteria for Admission
(a) The applicant must have passed all subjects in the annual/half-yearly/second terminal examination of Grade 5 in 2081 from a school recognized by the Government of Nepal, with at least 50% aggregate marks (minimum C+ grade or GPA 2.4).
(b) As of 1st Baisakh 2082, the applicant must not have exceeded 12 years of age.
(c) Applicants must pass the written entrance examination conducted by the college and be selected for the second stage based on merit. They must also pass the interview and general health checkup.
Required Documents
(a) One certified copy of the Grade 5 annual/half-yearly/second terminal exam gradesheet of 2081.
(b) One certified copy of a character certificate mentioning the age of the student.
(c) Two copies of the birth certificate certified by the local registrar.
(d) Two recent photographs (one passport size and one auto size).
(e) In the case of children of serving army personnel, one original recommendation letter from the respective unit with the birth date of the child mentioned. For children of retired army personnel, one copy of the pension certificate.
Candidates who pass the final entrance examination and are selected for admission must submit the transfer certificate, character certificate, and gradesheet of the relevant class to the college without fail. IEMIS transfer must also be completed accordingly.
As per the policy of one child per couple per level under the army personnel and staff quota, if one child of an eligible beneficiary has already studied at a particular level under this quota, no discount will be provided for the second child at the same level. However, if desired, the second child may study by paying full fees under the civilian (open group) category.
Arrangements are also made to provide education according to the rules for children of army personnel who attained martyrdom while serving in the Nepal Army, those mentioned in the regulation as eligible for facilities, and children with special needs. Therefore, interested applicants are eligible to submit application forms.

Form Distribution and Submission Dates: From 2081 Chaitra 03 to 2081 Chaitra 13, from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM (except on public holidays).
