Diploma and PCL Level Re-Entrance Application Open from CTEVT for 2081
Urgent Notice Regarding Re-Entrance Exam for Full-Fee Diploma/Certificate Level Technical Education and Vocational Training Council (CTEVT), Office of the Controller of Examinations (OCE), Sanothimi, Bhaktapur
As per the notice published by the Technical Education and Vocational Training Council (CTEVT), Office of the Controller of Examinations (OCE), on 2081/03/15, if there are vacancies for full-fee seats in the Diploma/Certificate level programs of General Medicine and Pharmacy, the educational institutions must request Re-Entrance applications from candidates with the minimum required qualifications by publishing a notice in the Gorkhapatra national daily newspaper.
The entrance exam and result publication must follow the guidelines laid out in the "Admissions Directive, 2081." A sub-committee formed within the concerned educational institution, including officials dispatched from the Council’s Provincial Office, will conduct the Re-Entrance exam on 2081/07/10. The results must also be published by the concerned institution.
Regarding registration, the institutions must adhere to all the conditions outlined in the "Entrance Examination, Scholarship Distribution, and Admissions Directive, 2081," as well as the notice published on 2081/06/07. Applicants may submit the entrance exam application forms either at the concerned educational institution or at the Council’s Provincial Office.

(1) Final date for applicants to submit forms at the educational institution: Until 4:00 PM on 2081/07/08
(2) Final date for institutions to enter the details in ITMS Online: Until 11:59 PM on 2081/07/08
(3) Final date for institutions to submit the application fees: 2081/07/09
(4) Re-Entrance exam date: 2081/07/10 (Saturday) at 8:00 AM at the respective educational institution.
