Diploma and PCL Level Full Fee Paying Admission 2081 from CTEVT
Council for Technical Education and Vocational Training (CTEVT), Examination Control Office, Sanothimi, Bhaktapur Urgent Notice Regarding Application Form Submission for Entrance Examination for Full-Fee Approved Programs at Diploma and Certificate Level for the Academic Session 2081/082
The Council for Technical Education and Vocational Training (CTEVT) announces the application form submission for the entrance examination for the academic session 2081/082 in the following educational programs at diploma and certificate levels. These programs are listed as per the level determination and affiliation from the council's Division of Accreditation and Affiliation, along with seat allocations for health programs as determined by the Medical Education Commission. The programs are conducted at council-affiliated, partner, community schools under Technical Education in Community Schools (TECS), and private institutions. Eligible candidates are requested to submit their application forms in accordance with the "Diploma and Certificate Level Entrance Examination Conduct, Scholarship Distribution, and Admission Guidelines 2081" issued by the council's Examination Control Office for full-fee approved programs and quotas by Shrawan 13, 2081.
Students who have passed SEE/SLC/Pre-Diploma/Technical SLC levels will be selected based on the total marks obtained from their educational qualifications and entrance examination scores according to the program and quotas.

1. Educational Programs and Required Minimum Academic Qualifications for Entrance Exams:
(a) For Entrance Exams Prior to Academic Qualifications:

(c) Council for Technical Education and Vocational Training (CTEVT) and its Affiliated Institutions Conducted by the Council and other programs operated in full-time by private institutions must be passed by students who have studied the required academic level for the program as well as approved programs of Diploma and Certificate levels.
Note: The entrance examination will be held at the examination center fixed by the CTEVT Examination Control Office, and a list of the entrance examination centers will be published on the website. Additionally, successful candidates must fulfill all the minimum academic requirements mentioned above to participate in the entrance exams.

2. Full Fee Payment Notice:
Candidates who wish to study at full fee paying seats must submit their application forms within the stipulated deadline.
5. Reserved Scholarships
Candidates applying under the full-fee reserved quota must submit their application forms for the full-fee reserved quota and for the reserved seats under the full-fee quota. The candidates who have been granted scholarships in the first year or semester must obtain the highest marks in the final year or semester examinations to continue receiving the scholarship.
6. Merit-based (Free) Scholarships
For merit-based (free) scholarships, 10% of seats in the approved programs will be reserved. Candidates studying at government and community schools must fill out the online application form for this quota.
7. Documents to be Submitted with the Application
- Two recent passport-size photographs (35mm x 45mm) with the candidate's name and the program they wish to study written clearly on the back of the photographs.
- A copy of the SEE/SLC or Technical SLC (Pre-Diploma)/Equivalent exam marksheet and academic transcripts.
- A copy of the citizenship certificate or any official identification document issued by the Government of Nepal.
- A copy of the recommendation letter from the concerned authority for the full-fee reserved quota.
- The entrance examination fee should be deposited as per the guidelines in the "Entrance Examination Conduct, Scholarship Distribution, and Admission Guidelines 2081."
8. Entrance Examination and Related Information
(a) Entrance Exam:
- The entrance examination for full-fee paying and scholarship categories will be based on the syllabus of the SEE/Technical SLC exam with a total of 100 marks comprising multiple-choice questions. The examination will be of 2 hours duration.
- The exam will include questions in English-10, Mathematics-25, and Science-25.
- Candidates must bring their admit card to the examination center.
- The examination will be conducted in an OMR sheet format.
(b) Other Important Information:
- The entrance examination for health, pharmacy, and lab technology programs will be conducted using OMR machines for answer checking.
