CTEVT Re-Entrance Exam of Pre-diploma Level Apprenticeship Program: Council for Technical Education and Vocational Training (CTEVT), Office of Controller of Examinations (OCE), Sanathimi, Bhaktapur notification regarding the re-entrance exam for free training in the pre-diploma level industrial trainee training (Apprenticeship) program!
Technical Education and Vocational Training Council (CTEVT), in coordination with the Training Development Division, will be conducted free of charge in the academic semester 2079/080 for the 24-month period of industrial trainee training (Apprenticeship) at the pre-diploma level. Also, according to the notification published on 2079-05-02, the candidates who filled out the application form but could not appear in the prescribed written entrance examination can also fill out the application form again.
Details:
1) Required Educational Qualification:
a) In case of entrance examination before implementation of letter marking system: Passed SLC or equivalent examination.
b) Obtained minimum E grade in SEE examination after implementation of the alphabetic system.
2) Basis of Candidate Selection:
From among the eligible and interested applicants, it is requested to be selected in order of merit on the basis of application form evaluation (20 full marks), recommendation letter of industry/business (20 full marks), written entrance test (30 full marks) and interview (30 full marks) and based on program and quota. Also, detailed information regarding this is mentioned in "Pre-Diploma Level Industrial Trainee Training (Apprenticeship) - Trainee Selection, Admission and Evaluation Guideline, 2079". 3) For the academic session 2079/080, details related to the educational institutes conducting industrial trainee training program, schedule, and approved quota:
(a) Ministry of Social Development, State Government, State No. 1, Biratnagar, Morang, Ministry of Social Development, Bagmati State Government, Hetaunda, Makwanpur, Ministry of Education, Science, Youth and Sports, Lumbini State Government, Butwal, Rupandehi State Governments.

1) 3 copies of recent passport-size color photographs showing clear facial features,
2) Attested copy of educational qualification certificate of SLC/SEE or equivalent,
3) In the case of those who have passed SLC/SEE or similar examinations from other countries except Nepal, a certified copy of equivalence is determined by the body designated by the Government of Nepal.

e) Place of conduct of written entrance test: concerned schools
f) Date and Time of Interview: 2079 Kartik 30th, Wednesday starting from 1:00 PM
G) Centers where interviews will be conducted: respective schools
Facility for Industrial trainees (Apprenticeship):
(a) Opportunity for free study.
(b) Rs. 75 to 100 will be available.
Note: According to the notification published on 2079-05-02, the concerned schools will have to compulsorily arrange an additional time for the students who have retaken the entrance exam in order to match the study with the examinees who have started the study.
