This admission update applies to candidates who have cleared the full-fee side of the diploma/certificate level programs.

Based on Challans numbered 687, 696, and 674 dated 2080/06/21, 2080/06/20, and 2080/06/19 respectively, several diploma/certificate level programs have been approved with specific quotas.

Exceptions include classified scholarships as mentioned in the list dated 2080/03/28, 29 & 30 as published in the Gorkhapatra Rashtriya Daily and on the website: www.ctevtexam.org.np.

All nationwide candidates who took part in the related career's entrance exam through online ITMS are eligible under the full fee target category, pre-diploma, and male quota. Candidates from other pass lists can register under the open quota with full fees.

Admissions will be merit-based, relying on the entrance exam scores.

To apply, candidates must submit their applications along with a copy of their admit card and the result sheet available on the examination control office's website by 2080/06/29.

Admission Process Instructions:

A results publication sub-committee, established in the relevant educational institutes, will oversee the diploma and certificate level entrance examination, scholarship distribution, and other admission guidelines for 2080.

CTEVT Result Publication and Admission Details for Academic Session 2080/081
Result Publication Sub-Committee for Full-Fee Diploma/Certificate Programs:
The respective educational institutions will have a sub-committee to announce the results for full-fee diploma/certificate programs in general medicine, nursing, pharmacy, and midwifery. This committee must release the results within 3 days post the application submission deadline. The committee consists of:

Principal of the Concerned School: Acts as the Coordinator.

Head of the Education Division/Branch of the Municipality: Or a staff representative appointed by them will serve as a Member.

Authorized Staff from the Concerned Council's Provincial Office: Member.

Instructors or Employees Designated by the School's Board of Directors: Acts as the Member Secretary.
Important Notes for Candidates:

Classified (Free) Scholarship Quota: For this category, the concerned council's state office will select and recommend the main examinee from the class quota candidates of the relevant program in the respective state as of 2080/05/02 for the academic semester 2080/081.

Application Submission: No fees are charged during application. Necessary documents for submission include:
- A photo-affixed admit card copy.
- Printed result from the official website.
- SEE/SLC or Technical SLC educational certificate copy.
- Applications should be registered in the school's original registration book. Late applications or those not registered on time will be disregarded.

Eligibility for Registration: Only those candidates who cleared the entrance examination held on 2080.05.09 for the diploma/certificate programs in nursing, midwifery, general medicine, and pharmacy are eligible to register.

Certificate Level Midwifery Program Requirements: Only those candidates who:
- Participated in the exam for the certificate level nursing program during the academic semester 2080/081 and made the pass list.
- Passed the S.L.C or equivalent examination with a minimum of 50% marks in compulsory Mathematics, English, and Science from a recognized institution or achieved a GPA of 2.0 out of 4.0 in the graded examination with C or equivalent in the mentioned subjects.
- Cleared the SLC and scored 70% in the technical SLC (ANM) related to the program as conducted by the council, are eligible. Those not meeting these qualifications will not be considered for merit order.
