Far-Western University, under the Faculty of Engineering, announces the entrance examination for the academic session 2081/082 for new student admissions in BE (Civil, Computer) and B. Architecture programs. Interested students are invited to apply online.

(1) Seat Allocation:

BE Civil Program: 48 (Scholarship - 24, Full Fee - 24)
BE Computer Program: 48 (Scholarship - 24, Full Fee - 24)
B. Architecture: 48 (Scholarship - 24, Full Fee - 24)

(2) Form Submission Dates: From 2081/04/23 to 2081/05/25

(3) Form Submission Method: Forms can be filled out by logging into the Engineering Admission Open section on the Far-Western University website at www.fwu.edu.np.

(4) Last Date for Form Submission: Until 2081/05/25

(5) Entrance Examination Date and Time: 2081/05/29 from 10:00 AM onwards

(6) Entrance Examination Venue: School of Engineering, Central Campus, Mahendranagar, Far-Western University

(7) Entrance Examination Fee: NPR 2,500/- (Two thousand five hundred only) to be deposited in the current account no. 15600106526348000006 at Nepal Bank Limited, Mahendranagar Branch, and the original bank voucher must be uploaded.

(8) Minimum Eligibility for Application:

Candidates must have secured at least 45% in the total marks or a CGPA of 2 (on a scale of 4) in Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics in the secondary level class 12 or Engineering Diploma or A Level or equivalent examination from a recognized educational institution.
Each subject (Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics) must have a minimum of 45% or a minimum C grade in the letter grading system.
For A Level, a minimum D grade is required.
Students who have passed other subjects but do not have grades in them are also eligible to apply and participate in the entrance examination.

(9) Documents to be Uploaded While Filling the Online Application Form:

Nepali Citizenship Certificate
One recent passport-sized color photo with a plain background showing a full forehead
SEE or equivalent examination mark sheet, provisional certificate, transfer certificate, and character certificate
Transcript, provisional certificate, transfer certificate, and character certificate of 10+2 or equivalent examination
For scholarship applicants, mandatory submission of certified necessary documents of the concerned group. Absence of required documents will result in disqualification from the scholarship.
Original bank voucher of the amount deposited in the current account no. 15600106526348000006.

(10) Distribution of Admit Cards:

Admit cards will be distributed on the day of the entrance examination at Far-Western University Central Campus from 7:00 AM to 9:30 AM.
Students must bring their original citizenship certificate, the original bank voucher uploaded while filling the online form, one photocopy of each uploaded document, and the admission form.
During admission, the original copies of all certificates must be presented.

Classes will be conducted during the Day Shift.

Note:

It is informed that any student found or involved in any undesirable activity during the entrance examination will have their entrance examination automatically canceled, and legal action will be taken according to the rules.
