Eligibility for Admission in BE courses

• Must have passed the entrance examination conducted by the Institute of Engineering (IOE).
• Must have secured C or more in all subjects of Class 11 and 12 with 200 marks in Mathematics

Application Procedure 

1. Pay the application fee of Rs. 500 with eSewa or deposit application fee at any branch of SBL Bank and get a Deposit slip.

2. Log in to the online priority entry portal of ACEM  using IoE Entrance Roll Number and Rank.
3. Choose the Academic program( BE Civil, BE Electrical, BE Electronics, Communication, and Information, BE Computer) of your interest - Fill up the remaining information.
4. Submit the completed form. Fields marked with * are mandatory.
5. After successful submission of the form, a confirmation message will be displayed on the screen. A confirmation email will also be sent to your email address.
6. In case the submitted form needs to update, please contact the College Administration/Admission Team.

Admission Procedures

1. Check if you have been listed in the admission list published by the college
2. Visit the ACEM college for admission along with the following documents:

• IoE Entrance Score Card (original)
• Two passport-sized photos
• Character certificate and mark sheet of SEE.
• Character certificate and mark sheet of +2.
• Citizenship certificate

3. ACEM College will assist in submitting online admission and Get the “confirmation page”. Verify it from Centralized Admission Portal.
4. Important Dates:

          Last date of Priority Entry: 2077-11-11 5 PM
          Last date for the change in priority entry: 2077-11-16, 5 PM
          First Admission list Publish 2077-11-17, 10 AM
          Claim on First List: 2077-11-17, 11 AM to 2 PM
          Admission from First Admission List: 2077-11-18. to 2077-11-23 3 PM

Switching of Academic Program:

To avail of this facility, one should have filled academic program priority during online application form submission. If your IOE entrance exam score is sufficient to get you listed in other academic programs, you will be eligible for shifting.

Option for Switching College:

To avail of this facility, one should have submitted an application form to multiple colleges. If you are interested in a higher priority program at another college, you should log in to IOE Centralized Admission Portal (admission.ioe.edu.np) and select “Switching Interest”.
